The now late Dr. Jaap Stam, the famous University of Utrecht vet and racer of Klak pigeons and his best student and successor, Hans van der Sluis, the veterinary advisor to the Dutch National Pigeon Organization. With these two knowledgeable gentleman we explore: medication, diseases (canker, trichomonasis, e-coli, parathyphus), feeding, supplements, preparing your pigeons for the season and what to do before and during the season. We discuss new diseases and the usefulness and nonesense of medicines. Also shown are examinations (with and without microscopes) and small operations.
