Special deterrent. Keep birds of prey away from your loft with our new magnified 360 degree spherical mirror. Our globe is widely used on the continent to counter the hawk threat.

If placed in the right position, an attacking bird will see its own image and instantly retreat. Birds of prey hunt on their own and will avoid returning to a place there is competition. For best protection globe must be placed on a pole (not included).

-- Information and Care of Gazing Globes --
Gazing Globes are made of handblown glass. Slight variations in color and quality are to be expected. An occasional line or bubble may be visible. This is characteristic of handblown glass. Thus, each globe is unique.
Your globe should be secured stem end down into pedestal with a double stick floral adhesive tape. This tape is found in craft and florist supply stores, or may be purchased from us. Pedestals should have good drainage that will not allow water to accumulate around globe neck. Globes are not for pond use.
The seal on the stem of the globe should not be removed, punctured or tampered with in any way.
Globes may be cleaned on the outside surface with any glass cleaner. This will not damage the coloring. Please take your globe inside during freezing temperatures.
