The security of the information regarding your order is very important to us. We use the Secure Socket Layer protocol to protect the security of your online order information. SSL technology encrypts your order information to protect it from being decoded by anyone other than us.

Once you enter the check out page, your computer will begin communicating with our server in secure mode. You can tell that you are in secure mode by the following:

• The "http" in the web address will be replaced by "https"
• Depending on the browser, you will see either a padlock (Microsoft Internet Explorer, AOL, Netscape Communicator) or a solid key (Netscape Navigator) in the lower section for the browser window.

Charging Your Credit Card
We do not charge your credit card until the date we ship your merchandise to you. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for typographical errors. Orders will list JEDDS as the merchant on your credit card statment.

Multiple Shipments
If your order is sent in multiple shipments (either to the same destination or to different destinations) your credit card will be charged only once.

Storing Your Information
For your convenience, credit card information can be stored in your account. This is secure information and cannot be accessed by anyone other than the account holder. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy. For added security, your billing address must exactly match the address on file at your credit card company. The processing of your order may be delayed if these addresses are different.

> Sales Tax

We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped within the Continental United States. For Canadian purchases, we collect duty and GST where applicable.
