After races are finished:
F: Return to 1- to 20% protein, low fat, and low fiber
M: This allows bird to replace feather and rebuild body.
M: Limit stress on birds.
M: 9 hours light cycle
At start of Molt:
M: Treat for lice and mites.
Rx: Pyrethrine Spray, diluted, under wing.

Resting Season:
Daily:
F: 13% protein; 4-5% fat, 5% fiber.
F: Grit/mineral supplement everyday.
M: If birds are not healthy, consult a veterinarian for diagnosis.

Monthly:
M: Treat for lice and mites
Rx: Pyrethrine spray, 0.02 (diluted).

Weekly:
Rx: Vitamins one day a week.
